I do a lot of running and was getting fed up with throwing away several wrappers after my long runs. The scoop is probably the best part of this set up, I use it to fill up the flasks in my running vest and it makes it so so much easier. This has made my fuelling simpler, I just have one thing to make sure I don't run out of and I'm always good to go.

Replaced my energy gels
Been looking for a natural replacement for energy gels for a while and I really liked the sound of this when I came across it. I must say, the taste is great - clean and refreshing. It's hard to say the exact effect of the nutrition etc but I didn't feel any difference from the gels I had been using before so it must have been doing the job! I will definitely be signing up for a regular subscription.

Great product
Great product, tastes amazing, and all natural. Love the 0 waste angle and its nice to drink something that isnt highly processed. I haven't blown out on a bike session for a while because of Hebe. The bottles are also cool.

The scoop is the real MVP
Honestly, I bought this for the ingredients, but I'm staying for the scoop. It sounds like a small thing, but being able to actually get the powder into a narrow soft flask without it going all over the counter is a game changer. It’s the first system I’ve used that doesn't leave my kitchen and my gear feeling sticky.

Made the switch to Hebe recently ...
Made the switch to Hebe recently as I was wanting something more sustainable. The flasks are great, no weird plasticy taste and super easy to refill with the scoop provided. I have struggled using gels in the past, tummy wise and so far had no problems with Hebe and tastes pretty good too.

Really convenient
Seeing the '350M single-use gels' stat on the website made me realise how much I was personally contributing to the problem. I thought switching to a bulk pouch system would be a total hassle, but the custom scoop makes it stupidly easy to fill my soft flasks without making a mess of the kitchen.

Very drinkable, love it
I used to feel like a mad scientist before every long ride, trying to balance carb powders with separate salt tabs and electrolyte drops. I love having just one product that does it all. It’s the first time I’ve found a 'clean' fuel that doesn’t skip the actual sports nutrition benchmarks, and it just tastes like real lemon and lime - really easy to get down.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Hebe?
Hebe is a natural carbohydrate & electrolyte powder designed for endurance sports and built around circular fuelling: reusable bottles and flasks, long-life powder, and minimal waste packaging, without compromising performance.
Who is this for?
Hebe is for runners, cyclists, triathletes, and endurance athletes who want reliable energy from simple, traceable ingredients.
What is in each serving?
Each serving delivers 26g of carbohydrates from glucose and fructose in a 2:1 ratio - a combination shown to improve carbohydrate absorption and reduce gut distress during prolonged exercise. This is complemented by 250mg of sodium and 115mg of potassium to support hydration and maintain electrolyte balance.
How should I use it during training or racing?
Mix with water in a reusable bottle or soft flask. Use 1-3 servings per hour depending on intensity, duration, and personal fuelling strategy.
Is it suitable for long races and ultras?
Yes. Hebe is designed for steady energy over long durations and works well when combined with reusable soft flasks and bottles.
What are the carbohydrates made from?
Hebe uses natural Italian grape sugars. Every ingredient is traceable, clearly defined, and chosen for endurance performance.
Is it vegan / gluten-free?
Yes, Hebe is vegan and gluten-free. However, it us produced in a facility that also handles Gluten (Wheat), Peanuts, Soy, Nuts (Almonds), and Sesame Seeds.
Do I need special bottles or flasks?
No, Hebe works with standard bottles and soft flasks. Our scoop-funnel simply makes filling soft flasks easier and cleaner.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes. Hebe comes in a recyclable pouch. It is recyclable in some household waste districts, or if not, supermarket recycling bins.
How do subscriptions work?
You can opt to receive your Hebe restocks regularly through our subscription program at a reduced price. Just select your quantity and frequency to suit your preferences and we'll handle the rest. You can edit, pause or cancel your subscription at any time, there is no contract.
