Hebe is a carbohydrate powder designed for endurance sports, built around circular fuelling: reusable bottles and flasks, long-life powder, and minimal waste packaging, without compromising performance.

What is in each serving?
Each serving delivers 26g of carbohydrates from glucose and fructose in a 2:1 ratio - a combination shown to improve carbohydrate absorption and reduce gut distress during prolonged exercise. This is complemented by 300mg of sodium and 120mg of potassium to support hydration and maintain electrolyte balance.
How should I use it during training or racing?
Mix with water in a reusable bottle or soft flask. Use one or more servings per hour depending on intensity, duration, and personal fuelling strategy.
Is it suitable for long races and ultras?
Yes. Hebe is designed for steady energy over long durations and works well when combined with reusable soft flasks and bottles.
What are the carbohydrates made from?
Hebe uses natural Italian grape sugars. Every ingredient is traceable, clearly defined, and chosen for endurance performance.
Is it vegan / gluten-free?
Yes, Hebe is vegan and gluten-free. However, it us produced in a facility that also handles Gluten (Wheat), Peanuts, Soy, Nuts (Almonds), and Sesame Seeds.
Do I need special bottles or flasks?
No, Hebe works with standard bottles and soft flasks. Our scoop-funnel simply makes filling soft flasks easier and cleaner.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes. Hebe comes in a recyclable pouch. It is recyclable in some household waste districts, or if not, supermarket recycling bins.
Is Hebe Informed Sport Certified?
No Hebe is not currently certified for Informed Sport or other banned substance testing. As a startup, the costs of getting these certifications aren't feasible at this stage. We do, however, get each batch third-party tested for heavy metal and microbial content.
